We teach Yoga the classical way, with less noise and more focus. This is no ibiza yoga.

In our classes we teach Pranayama, Hatha and Yin Yoga.

Hatha Yoga is the mother of all Yoga forms, it is hot and cold. Where flexibility, power and balance meet. Hatha offers the most complete health benefits..

Yin Yoga is young, cold and focuses on flexibility and fascia. Yin is restorative and most needed in these “Yang”times to bring some balance.

Pranayama (control of the breath) is the key to the whole practice.
