{"id":179,"date":"2026-06-20T09:44:28","date_gmt":"2026-06-20T09:44:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fullprana.com\/?page_id=179"},"modified":"2026-06-22T18:22:35","modified_gmt":"2026-06-22T18:22:35","slug":"research","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/fullprana.com\/?page_id=179","title":{"rendered":"Research"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Yoga is not only about being flexible.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It keeps the life force flowing.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are several studies that prove Yoga is highly beneficial for our well being. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is a first study of it&#8217;s kind which revealed significant changes on genetic level in individuals who practiced yoga or similar practices. After just 1 session for some, or 8 sessions for others, gene alteration took place in a positive way in which 900 immune promoting genes were activated and 700 inflammatory genes were de-activated. This shows that Yoga and other similar practices are powerful in boosting overall health on a genetic level.
